    Going for my first mammogram and I was immediately at ease. The woman who scheduled my appointment over the phone was so sweet and made me feel cared for. When I arrived it was a seamless check-in. I waited for maybe 3 minutes. The facility itself is comfortable and clean. Tara came to get me quickly and got me ready, explained everything to me, and answered all questions. She was professional and kind.

    What a wonderful crew at southtowns radiology in Orchard Park! Tara, Hannah and Kayla were absolutely terrific. I had three back-to-back appointments. Everything was right on time and the girls couldn't be more caring and considerate . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Great job ladies! Appreciate the compassion! 💘

    I recently went for my mammogram at Southtowns Radiology. I was seen promptly by the radiologist Tara. She listened to me was kind and gentle. ladies I used to go to Windsong. The mammograms were painful year after year no matter how much I complained. I switched to Southtowns Radiology, and have never looked back. There are no painful mammograms when you come to this place. You can choose where you want to go and I highly recommend you choose Southtowns Radiology. They are the best.

    This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and talk you through everything. I was very comfortable the entire time of the mammogram and sonogram.

Q: What protective measures are you taking now?

A:

With regard to COVID-19 - we continue asking all patients screening questions when they make their appointments. Patients and staff are screened via questions and temperature-taking when they enter our facilities. Additionally, all staff are encouraged to receive the vaccine as doses become available.

A:

Yes - all who enter our facilities, including patients and employees, receive a temperature check when they arrive.

A:

No, all of our imaging services are currently available to patients.

Do I need to call to let you know that I’m in the parking lot before walking in for my appointment?

A:

No, patients may come into the building to sign in, but we ask that only the patient enters the facility. If the patient needs help, please call and let us know.

Q: Can I pick the provider I work with?

A:

Imaging is read by the board-certified radiologists who are in the office at the time of the patient's visit.

Q: How quickly can I get in for an appointment?

A:

We accommodate many same-day appointments as requested and available. Feel free to call us to schedule an appointment at our earliest availability.

Q: Do you accept health insurance?

A:

Yes - and if you have questions regarding what your insurance covers and/or what your copay or deductible will be, we can help you with that during scheduling.

Unfortunately not, medical imaging and consultations must be completed in our facilities.
