        I’ve seen Rick Blake at Cottenwood Clinic for the past 7 yrs. and I don’t have any negative feelings about them!!!!! They have always been very professional along with being very personable. Tia even had little handmade gifts for patients at Christmas time. Rick stays on top of all my 79 yrs of issues. I always refer people to Cottonwood Clinic!!! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!

      Q: Why does it take so long to renew prescriptions? When my pharmacy (Walgreens) requests refills on them it takes 3 to 5 days before they hear back from you. This is a huge inconvenience.

      I don't have a problem, if I don't get an answer I move on to another number. ie: #1, #2, #3. They check the faxes daily.
